I'm trying to design with hornresponse a basshorn that cover 50-280hz but for the size I want the result is a phase rotation of 150-160 degree is this still acceptable?

In hornresp you can adjust the offset between the driver and the mouth of a backhorn. It will simulate what the result should be.

sorry, I didn't explain it is a front horn, I made some test with hr and the phase seem to be connected more to the horn lenght than mouth area.
