here is the new design for my subwoofer!
and can you advise how to improve that the performance will be better? |

Yes, there appears to be a number of companies in China making these larger drivers. I'm not totally versed in the PA stuff, but I don't recall a lot of companies here using larger drivers like this in their systems. But there must be a market for them somewhere...
What is your intention for this design - PA I assume? If it is, then its pretty good the way it is. Perhaps look at increasing the excursion if you can - the more the better. The 20" Tinly sample I have is of nice build quality, but probably won't cut it for home use. Mark
