Plate supplier for subwoofer amp

Currently we have developed our own, rather nice, plate amp to drive our sub woofer.

I'm trying to source someone who can supply the actual aluminium plate to mount everything to. Not just the 5mm plate though, someone who can cut and drill the plate then screen print onto it, so that all the necessary logos, warnings, and decals are put on it.

Anyone know of someone in the UK that can do this ? The nearest I've got is a company called RE Cooke Ltd sheet metal workers, but ideally I'd like a couple to compare costs. All your help gratefully received.
