Just to clearify... is Xmax one way linear or peak-to-peak?

It SHOULD be one way, but sometimes may be quoted as peak to peak. If not specified, then it would normally be one way.

You can calculate it as (VC height - gap height)/2

Xmag is where BL drops to IIRC 71%

would these be suitable in a sealed linkwitz transform setup down to 5hz?

Now that's just ridiculous. In an IB, it looks like you can get output flat to 10Hz or less.

Something to keep in mind that distortion will depend a lot more on suspension linearity since there's no linearizing air spring.
