Default Peerless 1727 Isobarik ?

I have a few of these from previous projects , and am hoping to brew up a HT sub. The room in question is about 12 X 20 feet , so 120 watts from the reciever should have the power to do the deed. F3 in a sealed setup would get me into the 50's , I'm thinking a vented pair , isobarik, setup would get me low enough to let room gain help things. Search on peerless 1727 didn't help much, so I'm posting ...

TIA to all
Jorge
