Default velodyne sub problem

I just refoamed a velodye 10 inch woffer and now the amp causes the woffer to thump on and off when I put it back in the cabinet. It worked fine before I refoamed it.Velodyne uses a sensor on the sub to monitor motion.Does anyone have any ideas or schematics for velodyne subs.I dont understand how it worked before I refoamed it now it has this problem. It has the servo ribbon cable ,ground to the basket and and speaker terminals all hooked up properly.I was careful when I took it apart.I did notice that all the cables were tie wrapped together.I wonder if not putting them back like they were could cause a problem.

I would call the company directly and explain the situation. Folks in the service dept are usually more than willing to help.

You are supposed to unplug the amp before moving it, due to the servo. Place the driver back in, locate the sub where you want it in the room, plug in, turn on, adjust.
