I have just finished building 8 cabinets 1850 Folded Horns with Precision Devices PD1850 woofers. Very complicated to build but well worth it. I hooked up only 2 yet and was blown away.

Any tips on crossovers?
I tried them from 30Hz to 80Hz at 24db/octave
I shall be using them for progressive house and trance music together with 8 cerwin vega dual 15" full range systems.
Also are they better stacked together or split for stereo?
And anybody know what type of paint is the one used for speakers like turbosound?

We used to get it from TurboSound direct for around £150, it's not cheap, but it works very well. It is a very hi tech coating. If you're set on Turbo Blue (tm), you can get it as a spares item from your local TurboSound dealer. Regarding crossing over, they work well up to about 120Hz, and with eight bins, I'd go for two stacks of four.
