monacor or ciare plate amp?

Hi
Does anybody have experience with Monacor SAM-1 or SAM-2 plate amp? Same question goes for Ciare YSA100 amp. These are ony plate amps I can get here in Croatia.
I intend to use it with speaker in sealed box. The driver will be either Monacor SPH-250ke, either Peerless 831857(SWR315), I prefer Peerless a bit, but I'll maybe have to wait too long for it.
Has anyone tried SPH-250ke from Monacor?
