who made those woofers ,is there a replacement for them ,the foam is really rotten on the ones i have

Perhaps there is a surround kit available and you can just renew those instead of the whole woofer. Is that something you want to try?

sure i considered that but its a 6.5 inch driver and those surrounds are not easy to find and i have no idea how stiff the surrounds were
the driver looks like typical scandinivan driver, with a stiff paper cone maybe some one can suggest a place to get them done cheers |

The woofers were/are most likely custom made for Audio Pro but can most likely be ordered as original replacements or perhaps re-foamed.
