I want to stick 15" driver itno a 150l box while one of dimensions stays relatively small (32cm). I plan building a box which is truncated at some angle.
I have a question conserning the vent (whitish rectangle on the pic) - should the vent end on the same plane as the driver or it can be just as shown on pic ? I think I can leave it that way - time difference between sound from the vent and the driver is relatively small - it shouldn't affect the sound.

You don't need to go that complicated hehe!
But if you want a truncated box, yes it will work that way, the vent is correct where it is.
