Help me with my studio please !!!

Wats up y'all !!!! I need some help, i know that the people here r smart so i think i will get some good feedbak from yall. I am building a home studio and from doing that i will have to spend a lot of money which i dont have so i want to build some good quality sub-woofers and speaker for the room. So i was just wondering if anyone could help me out by showing me or making a detail tutorial on how to do so. I want something with some bangin bass or more than this sub my cusin has at his homehttp://www.jbl.com/home/products/pro...CheckProduct=Y its big but it BANGZ.
and i also want some good speakers to go along with it so i just asking yall to please help me out bcuz im trying to do this as quick as posible and im now ready to build da booth so if anyone knows any thing about sound proofing please tell

For the speaker suggestions people will need more info from you :

room size
whether you want to monitor 'near field'
how loud you want to listen
budget
