News flash for all you car audio guys: Many find logos on home hi-fidelity drivers DEEPLY unfashionable. Perhaps if you pull out the driver, you might see a logo somewhere on it, but the only places where you'll see logos on woofers is in the car audio sector. Even pro sound drivers do not have logos on their dust caps. I mean, I don't mean to start a bunch of nastiness on here, but when you think about it, I know I wouldn't want a throbbing logo on the dust cap of every woofer in my system. Can you imagine, all those little white letters throbbing? How could you ever concentrate on the music? I think that the conclusion that because a driver doesn't have a logo on it, that it's illegitimate, is ABSURD! It's a home driver, in a car. It was designed for the home first. And the aesthetic considerations are different. Let's take a jaunt over to the Speakers forum and take a survey of how many people would like to have the Vifa or Peerless or Seas logo emblazoned on their Vifa, Peerless, or Seas drivers.

Car drivers a logo is fine, although I don't really care.

Selenium offers their pro drivers with logo or not on the dust cap according to a code in the part number. I accidentally got one 12" coaxial with logo and one without for a prized set of front horns where it would be seen. I was deeply troubled but had to concede that IT happens. If I lived in the US I could'a sued the distributor for mental anguish.
