Removing air leaks around the woofer

I've put my Titanic 15" mkIII sub system together in a stuffed 65l box (made from 18mm MDF, double-thick on the front and back panels). PE supplied a roll of caulk (that stuff really isn't very nice to work with, btw) to seal the mounting flange onto the front of the box. However, I can't eliminate a few air leaks, and it's annoying me. I've removed the driver to check that there are no gaps in the caulk, and *very* firmly reattached it. No luck.
What do I do?

Get the quality "close cell" weather stripping...get the one thats 1/4 by 1/2 .......nothing goes through that..

At Dynaudio they use something like neoprene foam, it sets well and lasts forever.
