Need some help please...

My Adire 12" shiva driver is blown, so I'm in the market to purchase a comparable driver that would work in my current setup. Would like to keep it under $250 if possible. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Setup:
DIY Adire Subwoofer Cabinet EBS 142.5L/5 cubic ft.
Flared Port 4" W x 18" L
Hypex HS200 Plate Amp 200W @ 4 Ohms
