I builded push-pull design woofer from two 30w 5.25inch woofers, but one is 4ohm and other is 8ohm.
It plays nice, but I ran into the problem that one gets more power than the other...
How can I solve this to deliver the same power to both speakers?
I think that I need to add a resistor (4ohm in series with 4ohm speaker?)

There's no way to passively have both receive the same power other than with
an autotransformer for the 4R (which is impractical).
You'd have to use a separate power amplifier for each, and set the acoustical
volumes equal, with the input level control.
Thats what I was afraid of. now I have to put another amp in my stuffed room :S

It's not so bad, there are cheap class D amplifiers that should work fine for this used in pairs.
I know but I can use spare amp that I already have so thats no problem.
