The Sd looks about correct for a 15" w/ a large surround (Xmax=19mm). Using the T/S parameters from Post #15: I get about Vrc=160L (System Volume 188.4L/6.65ft^3, well within the OP's goal of 10ft^3?), and SPL @ Xmax about 115dB for a single driver vented box w/ flared ports. The big problem may be the long voice coil effect which-thanks to JAG and David McBean-can be simulated in the Wizard in Hornresp (the Le does not look correct). We need the real T/S.
