Could you show a plot of the frequency response? A fourth order bandpass box should not have a notch. Ideally it is just a low pass filter (and a high pass of course). In practice there are also port resonances that show as spikes.
Here are the plots one was simulated using Akabak the other was measured without front vol and with front vol of 14cm3 and surface having diameter 20mm.
