cheap subwoofer in europe

hello everybody

does anybody know a shop where they sell very cheap subwoofers in europe. Like somebody did on this fora, with pyle 15 inchers for 40 dollar.
where can you get in europe ?
is it payable to get it from the usa?
Does somebody has an alternative speaker that cost no much and is to get in europe ?

(i m planing to build a oopen baffle sub, since i have a lot of powerfull amps , i got to listen to them of a friend, one of the amps is a bose 1801, it has a lot of power, i'm gonna use it to power the subs)
