Just finished my build on this and the people that helped from the forum suggested caps and resistors for this build but then said to wait and see what happens without them. So I have a buzz at moderate Volume with the loudest and lowest base. Could the resistors or caps help this.

It looks like you have a grounding problem or a circuit maintenance/repair type issue...
