Amplifier: discrete above 200W@MJ15003/4
Power suply: 250W toroidal transformer, 8 x 4700uF

That's excellent, especially the DIY plate amp. Can we get a little more info about the driver? It looks like it might be either a 6.5" or an 8".

You might want to solder them wires on to the speaker binding post's.. : O)
