And I also have two 6 inch woofers from a set of AIWA speakers. I have no specs of them, other than their 6 ohm impedance. But they deliver decent bass and I want to put them to use.
Could I use them both in a sub box to complement the pipes? How can I approximate the dimensions of the box and how should I mount them?

U can follow this link and measure the T/S parameters for your woofers ... Post the parameters here so it will be more easy for me to give u some suggestions
