Hello I'm interesting to know if the values change or not?
Example:
1: 1 woofer calculated to optimum volume (closed box) let say 20 Liters. Driven by 1 AMP
2: 2 woofers of same model vill take that volume (closed box) to 40 Liters. Driven by 1 AMP.
3: Now if I put 2 woofers in the 20 Liters box and drive them with 2 AMPs, would have the same acoustics values as in example 1?

Only if EQ'd to match its Qtc, negating some of second driver's additional dynamic headroom and even then, thermal power distortion will be greater, so at high power all the theoretical extra SPL could be dissipated as heat and then some, increasing Qtc beyond its un-EQ'd alignment.
