After too many uncertainties about the specifications of the driver Eminence EM12150L, I deciced to send an e-mail to Eminence.
To my surprise these specifications deviate a lot from those I had.
With the former specifications the driver would perform at it's best in a bass reflex enclosure.
With the new data, and I asume they are correct, according to Hornresp the driver will perform at it's best in a tapped horn.
Because I never built one, it took a lot of mind bugling how the schematic diagram in Hornresp should be interpreted.
Thanks to some examples found on the internet, I think now I understand it, but I'm still not sure.
Therefor I hope that somebody can verify my findings or correct me.

Although I won't fire it up to it's rated power, I've noticed that too and that also one of my concerns.
At which voltage I don't know.
My other concern is that I go far below fs.
Hopefully that won't cause problems.

You're trying to do a 37 Hz TH with a low-Xmas Fs=63Hz driver.

That might not work out too well.

Look at the X-max limited output, and also the predicted group delay.

I'm not a specialist and therefor I don't know what the simulation of the group delay tells me. I hope you can explain it to me.
I also did a simulation for a 100 ltr bass reflex enclosure and the excursion still seems very high. I don't get it.

Just how much output do you expect to *get* out of a 12" with 1.8mm x-max? This is a "full range" driver, not a sub. If all you had was a 30 watt tube amplifier, it might be a good choice. But not if you're going to feed it any real power at low frequency.
