Default DAS 18G, this driver any good?

Hi all. Many years ago i buil a sub with a 10" Selenium 10SW2 driver. It's OK-ish. But now i'm looking for an upgrade. I want to go with a 18" sub. Since I'm in Argentina, and shipping is very expensive, I have limited options. I found this driver:

How do these specs look for a subwoofer? I want to be able to reach 20Hz (less if possible). The room I'm in has only 2.7x4.5M so a 18" sub is overkilll. But it's fun!

Fs: 32Hz
Qts: 0.296
Qes: 0.31
Qms: 0.649
Xmax: 6mm

Hi,
I'm sure it's capable of more than your 10" Selenium, but it's no 20Hz beast with the limited displacement it has to offer.

Greets!

Vb = Vas tuned to 20 Hz is doable @ ~ - 8 dB/107 dB/100 W max plus whatever room gain gets you and attenuate however much of the ~ -8 dB suits you.

So, how will it fit in room? Tall corner loaded tower, horizontal equipment ‘shelf’, seating riser or …………?

reflex: 180.0 L@28.0 Hz
approximately:
30Hz@F7
20Hz@F15
(sorry if too big for the size of your room)
