I haven't found any source in Australia and I doubt you will find it. You can get it from Parts Express, but expect to wait 3 months unless you are prepared to pay for air freight. I think the Titanic driver will cost you about $380 IIRC. On the other hand, you can get the Shiva here in Oz for $300 or if you are clever you can get the Peerless XLS for $220, both worth considering.

You really don't need a kit to build a subwoofer. They are very simple. Get a plate amp, a good driver, choose and alignment, build a box. Copy a similar sub if you like, it is quite easy. Not like full range speakers where you need to design a crossover.

What are your goals?

I can show you a few examples. You can use other drivers (as I have), but you will have to pay for shipping and wait 3 months for them to arrive

I'll make a few suggestions, based on drivers you can get in Australia.

Peerless XLS - a very good driver used in quite a few comercial subwoofers, as well as DIY projects. There are two good examples of sealed subwoofers using this driver, with good info.

This driver is generally best sealed or with a passive radiator. It is very difficult to design a vented box for this driver. Here is a passive radiator version:

or there is the Shiva, which is a little more flexible in that it is easier to design a vented alignment with the Shiva. The Shiva does tend to need a bigger box, but it has a balance of parameters that is preferred by many.

I see no reason to so quickly jump to a sealed sub if the application is home theatre. You give up at least 6db of output and considerable bass extension which will reduce the impact of LFE that most want a subwoofer for in HT use. Either you are willing to give up output, or get a driver with a big xmax to get decent low frequency output in a sealed box, if you go sealed.
