Default Sub-processing circuit kit!

Has anyone used this eBay sub-processing kit pcb?
Item number 321021123799
Gives low pass frequency adjustment and gain control and uses op amp sockets so could be changed. Just requires 15v ac

Could be cheap way of converting power amp into sub amp; yes/no
