*** In order to get this response, I had to lower the depth of the enclosure ***
I reduced the enclosure volume by exactly one third. So instead of being 25.5" deep, the enclosure is 17" deep. [b]In all other respects, the tapped horn is identical to the TH-50. Same folding, same length, same throat, same mouth, etc. Identical.

Did you try adding a taper to the first section of the enclosure (the throat) the way Tundra did on his?

Okay. I was under the impression this was a single driver horn just using the alpine as opposed to Danley's choice of the MTX.

So are you going to actually build this TH?

Hi blossom,

The good news is that this will only need two of the drivers, as the OP seems to have gotten his number sheets crossed. And what's even better, two drivers will fit just fine.

Regards,

I still don't see where Patrick mentions that he will use two drivers in his TH50 wannabe.
He usually doesn't make those kinds of grammatical errors, I mean if he meant two drivers he would have said so throughout the posts....correct?

Hi m R g S r,

The OP didn't say to use 2 drivers, he is indicating 4. I'm saying 4 don't fit, and 2 are enough.

:-)

Regards,
