Danley has a new sub on their Facebook page:
https://www.facebook.com/DanleySoundLabs No details on how it works, just a video. I think it's Ivan in the video, and he says something about this being a prototype of 'a fascinating approach.' |

According to the video, "this uses a completely different alignment than anything we've done at Danley Labs"

Gets loud, rolls off below 40 Hz. Also known as the "IHOP", intense horn of punch. A fold pattern like this would probably get the FR it has with the right drivers: |

A rehash of the BDEAP style methinks.
Art the driver hatches appear to be on the outside corners.

Patent USD524797 - Loudspeaker - Google Patents IIRC, there's another one too, but I'm too late for work to look it up. Also, the patent for the DSL 'layered combiner' is online now |

I'm assuming: Patent US20120328140 - Horn enclosure for combining sound output - Google Patents
GM edit: Ah! I assumed right.

Hey,
I remember before the holiday's Tom said there were several patents about to issue. I'm no wiz at patent search, but I only see one for the combiner around that time frame...
