Default help me to build my home audio system

hello...
i have use PA150 + PA150 amp. that was home made and its sound is supper.. i use 10" response speaker with base paper + 5" response mid + 3" tweeter in each channel.
but the bass is not clear and i got some noise when i use full sound. so now i want to use 15"Response speaker with base pape as woofer + 10" response speaker with base paper as mid + tweeter. but some people tell me its not possible to use 10" mid with a 15" woofer. is it true?? so what should i do now?
please help me....

JBL used that setup in their big classic studio monitors with huge success.

Yes, JBL it's great design.
Many times, when you are running the project and looking at your concept, if you need more SPL from the sub (see, SUB is supposed to go low and not as good in SPL) you then get two subs (15"). Most of the times 1x driver will be difficult without attenuating the 10". Have that in mind...

For low-pass: 38cm cone type (2231A) x2
For inside low-pass: 30cm cone type (2202A)
For mid-high ranges: Horn type (2308+2311+2440)
For high [ super-] regions: Horn type (2405)

JBL 4345
For low-pass: 46cm cone type (2245H)
For inside low-pass: 25cm cone type (2122H)
For mid-high ranges: Horn type (2420+2307+2308)
For high regions: Ring type (2405)

JBL 4343B
For low-pass: 2231H (38cm)
For inside low-pass: 2121H (25cm)
For mid-high ranges: Horn type (2420+2307)
For high regions: Horn type (2405)

All I know is that these JBL projects linked above were possible. It should ring you a bell.

well....
actually they didn't offer any explanation, they just told me mid and woofer should same size...
but creative use a large woofer with small mid, so i was confused...

What drivers are you using, besides their size, if that is of any importance for you. What alignment (recommended box system/type and size or interior volume) for the woofer are you using?
