Hello everyone I am new here and got a question.
I dont know much about audio as I am new to it but I just know that I want better audio. I saw some speakers for sale and my question is over them. They have a polk psw110 as the sub and polk tsi100 as speakers but they also have a numark npm5 for speakers as well.

My question is will I need a receiver to power this? they told me i would need to just power the speakers with receiver but not the bass with the tsi100 but they weren't sure with the npm5.
Also, they have 2 receivers for sale which are the technical pro rx35u and pioneer elite vsx 40. The pro is cheaper so I am leaning towards that for buying it.

Also, I want this for the TV but every now and then I want to connect to computer to play games if that is possible since the receiver has an mp3 input.
