Are you talking about buying sub and box, or making a box for a sub? if your buying the lot, i suggest Ebay and looking in some shops, and maybe the trader and a few op shops, though op shops dont often have 12 inchers. if you are making or buying a box for a sub you have - - -
we need much, much more information all the thiele small parameters you can get on the sub, the room size, the frequency bass you want it to play, how big/small the box can be for convenience, what sort of wood you can use, etc i suggest using WinISD to calculate it. http://www.linearteam.dk/ if you dont understand it, just tell me as much as you can of what i wrote above. also what is your budget? it could be an issue. and the timeframe. can you make it well yourself? -Eli RIP MY HIFI AMP LEST WE FORGET(unless skinnyboy can fix it) |
