I think this is it
coming cutting plan will show if there minor errors
but I say this is the one
finished

do you like it ?
one last small correction is still possible( if needed due to space or whatever)

I've got a couple of questions,

Please check if I corrected the dimentions correctly

Other question is where should I place the breakout to speaker connector ?,
and should I add a passive x-over, I don't have one ?

Regards

Please check if I corrected the dimentions correctly

I'm glad to see you checked carefully :D
I left those slightly bigger intentionally
might be less once assembled
for one, the number 'depend' the summ of several other
and adding glue etc etc ;)
anyway, its really bad if too small
better to a milllimeter to shave off when finishing

and, you may notice the number 580 is mutual for almost all cuts
means they are all equal and fits each other, because the saw havent been changed(maybe)

Other question is where should I place the breakout to speaker connector ?

anywhere on the back is the usual place

and should I add a passive x-over, I don't have one ?

why passive ?

are building one or two ?
and what are your other speakers ?

sorry, some of the numbers and measurements are inside measurements
hould have been removed, or replaced
they were for myself only, to make the calculations easier
I fully understand if the right drawing have been confusing you :D

left one should be correct
and match the cutting list

but please just ask
better than making mistakes

regarding the numbers you corrected
if you want them to match 100%, you may have to cut them after assembling the other ones

starting with front, ports and sides, with the bottom
then the back panel, and its bracing
finishing with the topplate

but just one tenth of a millimeter too small will look really bad
always make it two tenth bigger
for you it have been 2 millimeter instead of 2 tenths :D
