Hi gaetan,
This depends on the size of your woofer. The bigger the woofer, the deeper the frequency can be made to be directional. Therefore it is hard to say an exact number. Anything below 100Hz is almost certainly omnidirectionally radiated from nearly every commercial woofer.

That is correct.
An 18" diameter speaker will show signs of directivity as low as 60 Hz, while a 8" will be omni more than an octave higher.

Horn speakers and cabinets with large frontal area have more directivity than the same speaker in a small front loaded box.

Shallow crossover slopes allow a sub to play frequencies above where they are omni, it is harder to locate a sub using a 100 Hz 24 dB per octave rate, while the same sub with a 100 Hz 6 dB per octave acoustic crossover would be easy to locate.

hm, 60 Hz ~= 16 ft wavelength, most home listening in "acoustically small" rooms the room modal response is bigger factor
