JBL 4515 + Hornresp

Hey peeps to cut it short i have just bought a pair of

W-Bin 2x15

they contain

DAP AB-15 15 inch full range speaker Alu basket 400 watt 8 kopen, op voorraad, scherpe prijs (New Line)


i have problems working out how to measure these horns so that i have the correct input for hornresp. Mainly around the throat area as it hard to determine the throat. and i guess i will have to do it as a multipart horn. Like i said some hints towards how to measure a prebuilt horn accurately so i can get some more info using hornresp and hopefully try out some other cones.

The throat is a simple square area with a small area cut from each corner.
The horn can be modeled as a rather short two part parabolic expansion.
The rear chamber is ported, with look like simple 3/4" (18mm) deep holes.

Looks like the port length is 188mm
