hog scoop wil have the low corner between 40 and 50 hz,depending on the driver.
the scoop wil be much more efficient then br.
i personaly like the dynamic sound of scoops over br.
when you have an eq you can boost the low end of a scoop quite a bit .
you should realy sim the speaker to see if it works wel in a scoop.
see if i can find some hr inputs for the hog scoop.
can you post the ts parameters of the xb18.

amp is only powerful enough to damage at around 20 hz and below, takes quite a lot to reach xmech (17mm or something) (I tried unloaded) and I will high pass at 25 hz (the only option I have).

How does sound quality compare to a standard reflex tuned around 35 hz? At a reasonable volume say 105-115 db (1 meter) which would sound better? Thanks.

Thanks for the sim also, really appreciated.
