I'd like to start with telling you i just recently ventured into the diy hifi world so bare with me for beeing an ignorant noob.
So, something posessed me to build the fostex recomended BLH's for the fe206en speaker, as my first diy speaker project. Said and done.
While it far exceeds anything i've ever owned before as far as, ex. classical music goes it totally lacks any kind bass when it comes to metal or dubstep or whatever fast paced music.
Any chance of rectifying this by building a sub? Or should i toss the fostex BLH's out the window and start over?
My budget for speaker and amplifier is ~400 usd.
