Tapped Horn TH-121 build

Now days as there is more and more 21-inch drivers on the market would be nice to have some Tapper Horn build with it. I have one RCF LF21N451 driver and looking for Tapped Horn build with this driver in the box W 24-inch x H 60-inch x D 30-inch which is 1/2 size of DSL TH-221, horn path should be 18 foot long any suggestions how the inside of the box should look like and if you help me with Hornresp simulation. Thanks! :)

Thanks epa for your help :) . I will try to sketch three folds in the TH today as far I have now datas for S1 (364,24 cm2), S2 (476,09 cm2), S3 (1790,78 cm2) and S4 (3556,32 cm2)..

1 a compresion ratio 3.5 to 1 ,is to much,especialy for a 21 driver.
2 the areas you sugested give an odd fr responce.
if you tell us what freq range you are looking for,we can be of better asistence. :)

Hi epa, just instaled new Hornresp Version 29.00 my old didnt worked good. I need TH from some 18 Hz - 60 Hz ! I have 2 FLHs from 35 Hz - 140 Hz. Some new datas: S1=364,24; S2=476,09; S3=1032,48; S4=1493,37; S5=3556,32; and L12 Con=34,00; L23 Exp=200,00; L34 Con=190,00; L45 Con=120 which means Horn lenght is 544,00 cm.

remeber the system volume, you have to add 25 to 35% extra volume for pannels and corner losses.
ie if the sym says 400 ltr the box wil be close to 600 ltrs in real live.
if you have a sim i can (try)convert it to a model.

Josh Ricci has a horn designed around the B&C 21" monster, and I mentioned the RCF you have listed, and he said it didn't sim nicely in his horn...

With that much surface area from the 21" driver, are you sure a Bass reflex tuned to 15hz or so wouldn't be enough?
