Thanks epa for sugestion, it is OK and I might use it, I will see how complex the build will be, yes it is not small but it is more in the height H where I have more place as W or D. I have full horn system from 2-way Hi/Mid speakers with sensitivity 110 dB @1w/1m to low FLHs with sensitivity 108 dB @ 1w/1m and TH-121 willl be for sub low frequency!

in case of a chamber or ported entrance of the horn system ,s1=s2. your 70"version is 670 ltr! as i explaned a couple of posts back ,if the hr sim is 700 ltr(system volume) the real volume would become closer to 900 ltrs.!! if you sym for 670 ltr cab(70" version) the sym must end up something like ~500 ltrs.>you end up with 93 db @2.83 v from 20 to 60 flat

just change my plan I am making now Tapped Horn with 18-inch driver, 21-inch was to big. TH will be W 22.83 x H 49.21 x D 30.00 and the horn path will be some 15.47 feel long and for wood will use Marine plywood which is lighter weight than BB and it is first class wood any experience with Marine plywood. |
