Currently only 1 DVC sub i am using ... The subwoofer i bought i think is a china branded ... so i think i really need to measure the parameters myself .... then my car amp i dont really know the actual wattage it is rated ... but it has 2 channels and it writes there 500W ( a small one )

These are the troubles here ...( as information not enough and dont know can be trusted or not ) .....

Well, just connect each half of the DVC to a different amp channel as a start.

but if i am using both channels to drive a DVC sub .... should the both channels perfectly matched ...?

Bridge it and hook the coils in series, problem solved.

yes i can hook my coil in series ... but for this case my car amp it didnt specify the bridge terminal or not ... so i am in doubt that the amp can be bridged .....
