Default Eminence LAB12 cheaper alternative

I'd like build a pair of subwoofers for my 4PI speakers. The designer, Mr. Parham recommend the LAB12, but here in Europe the price is very-very high( $180 vs. 245 Euro) Can you recommend me similar, but cheaper subwoofer drivers for music listening?

Thanks for help!

Thanks for help, but I think the Ciare isn't subwoofer ( with 54 Hz Fs), the BMS is expensive too!

I'd like use only for music listening, my room's acoustic not too good (the 60-70 hz band iz very thin), and the designer suggest the "flanking" sub configuration eliminathing this. here is my room's sketch:

Description from designer:

AudioRoundTable.com: Speaker => The Subwoofer thing

I haven't got a big room, just only about 13x16 feet, and dont now the desired LF cutoff, but I think 30-35 Hz is enough.

OK then, what do you plan on powering your subwoofers with? What are you going to use on your Four 𝛑 speakers?

I think i will use a class D power amp (L15D or L20D). The 4PI I drive with 300B SE amp.

I don't want too much volume.

If you don't want a ridiculous SPL then I don't think you need pro audio design oriented cabinets / enclosures.

That's what the 12Pi is aimed at...live sound but with good extension.

Is size a concern? (I'm guessing it's not if you were going to build 2 12Pi subwoofers)
