Hey, I am feeling better today.

Well my box dont rattle. only when music is played my finger just feels the music, when touched.

As suggested I tried sitting on it too. there is no vibration , or its just suppressed.

next time I m going to try lots of more bracing than what i did this time.

Bracing used with some lining of Stuffing will give better results ... Add Stuffing in box will also helps reduce unwanted resonance n vibration .....

My new subwoofer that just completed recently used quite amount of bracing but no stuffing .... but i don't find any kind of vibration problem ....

Anyway ... it is up to u to include the stuffing o not ... but i strongly suggest to do so ...

The reason why I was avoiding stuffings was that, the stuffing adds pseudo volume to the box, changing its designed characteristic.
