Thanks, will be taken in consideration
![]() In the meanwhile, I've been experimenting a little (this will end up in being one big experiment...) I added an equalizer, +5db @ 26hz, and -8 @ 55hz, and now I have a fairly good response simulation in a 90L box. Might actually build this... -6db @26hz, -3 @ 37hz, subs will be placed in a corner, against wall, on the floor, so I'm hoping for some extra here. Another question: in winISD there is an option to add mass to the woofer cone, is this actually done too, or avoid at all costs? adding like 10g in the simulation gave good results too.. (do mind, these drivers were virtually free, and not *that* special, if it won't do bad to the driver, I might as well try?) and, what are the effects of glass wool in the box? Thanks, Keep them spinning, Bert. |
