Default scan speaker woofer

anyone notice that the fs as indicated on a Z plot for scan sjpeak woofers is different from the printed parameters? Has anyone designed a woofer enclosure using the printed parameters for a scan speak woofer?

Ive been looking at specs lately trying to decide what driver to use in a pair of subs for music critical listening
