Thinking about adding a small piece where the two boxes meet, although I just noticed the plan has a small triangle.

Did you take 2 existing boxes apart to make 1 big 1?

Hi,

Your straight board solution would work just fine.

Regards,

Only took the "bottom" of one box, will build to piece-by-piece.

Sometimes it helps to look at my own pics......I laminated some boards together, will cut on band saw.

Idea stolen from a recent thread

Hi ODougbo,

When you "laminate boards together" do you use bisquits, or any kind of reinforcement/alignment?

Regards,

nope lots of glue....biscuits/dowels are for "ends", which I'm going to do for this build.

A little dowel jig is good to have around!!! I'll take some pics.

Default Pic

The divider may be too big, only 2-3/4" at the inside corner.

The dowel jig is old but works as good as ever, you just buy the dowel inserts.
