Looks good. How much watt will one cab take

im not good in calculating ,with compression figures ect
but a sine wave @42 hz reach x-var @ 500 watts (no compression calculated.
since music is never a sine wave you could probably put 1000wats trough it whit no problems,i think even more.
th are known to give low excursion

i can squeeze more but it wil get bigger and bigger.
remember the box 466 is already 575 ltrs netto volume.
with handels and casters just moveable with one person

I wish I could get a little more db out of it, but if it is going to be too huge it does not make sense

Just order the speakers

btw 100db @ 35 hz is hard to beat imo
and sqeezing more wil affect the low and high end of the passband,not so much the range between 45 and 80
in other words you get more ripple.
fyi make the box 750 ltr you get maybe 104 db @ 35 and 100hz but @ 50 hz its stil 100 db

this box is to big for printing on paper.
i can make al smaller pannels printable.
when you cut the side pannels you can draw it on.

btw the pannels you use are 48" wide without tongue and groove?
so we make the box exactly 48"high ?

I never use tongue and groove before don't you need a router to make tongue and grove. guess I have to learn

if the pannels you use hav tongeu and groove,then it must be cut off,then you no longer have 48"availeble.
if they are 48" without , we can use all 48".

its just an opening ,the mouth
you can make it any form, round square hexagon,as long as its area is between 2200 and 2700 cm2
i simmed 2500cm2 .
you can sim it and change it to see what size you prefer.

going to bed now ,the alarm go's of at 6 am ...
