Help finding this driver?

Hi, I'm trying to find a sub with these parameters ideally! Would someone help I need it to be available in Europe at the very least if not the UK.

10"
Fs; ~30Hz
Qts; ~5
Qes; ~0.5-0.6
Qts; ~0.5-0.6
Vas; <50l

Not to bothered about SPL but nothing stupid low. This is also on a budget as I need four of them so good price needed.

Thanks for the romah link you have opened a whole new world for me! Europe audio is overpriced and has now variety in stock too.

maybe one of the daytons will do ?

rumoh and europe audio have similar prices , same country netherlands
