Default Subwoofer to Regular speakers

I'm just wondering whether the calculations to determine the enclosure size for a certain driver are roughly the same as the size of the driver changes (the formula for a 10" is the same as one for a 5"???)

The formula I found are at

http://www.diysubwoofers.org/sld/sealed1.htm (for a sealed subwoofer)

and

http://www.diysubwoofers.org/prt/ported1.htm (for a ported subwoofer)

also related, are the other calculations (for frequency response and power respose) the same for a subwoofer as for a 5" driver?
