Put the delay on your tops and you'll be fine

The tops are currently delayed 5.8ms and crossed high passed LR-24 at 80hz.

I thought the ss15 needs to be delayed because of the shorter path length compared to the TH-18? or am i completely off here lol

Theoretically you are correct but I think you will prefer them without delay. (Also check if you prefer the delay for the tops on 10ms instead of the 5,9ms)

okay cool i'll set up the third amp and ss15 and have a listen. Stacking configuration suggestions for outdoors and the 5 speakers (2 TH-18, 1 ss15, 2 JRX 125)?
I know the horns have better dispersion on their sides, I just have them stacked this way because there is no room to lie them down inside the small room.

Actually, I don't think you will need the SS15's but always experiment and trust your ears.

If it's a party w/a DJ, maybe use the SS15 for the DJ's booth along with his monitor.

I just finished reading all threads posts in here, I am hooked.. I currently have 4 SS15s so... what would 2 th18s do different, I definitely do not have the money nor the space for 4 of these monsters... I am looking for more SPL, I have 4 EV ZX5s, I have 2 QSC Plx 2402s and a yamaha p7000 ... I DJ so most of the time I only use 2 of the ss15s, but there was 1 time where the 4 ss15 were not enough for the room... it could have been my configuration, but they were not enough for that room... Thanks in advance

Where the SS15s are loud from ~50Hz on up, the TH18s are loud from 35Hz on up. So, it will depend on what style of music you play to deem the TH18 beneficial to you. With the B&C 18SW115 driver, the TH18 is about as loud as 2 to 2.5 SS15s. The TH18 weighs 3 times as much (160lbs vs. 50lbs - it's bigger, uses thicker wood: 3/4" vs. 1/2" and far more bracing) and depending on the driver, can take up to 3 times as much power (1700W vs. 500W). As far as packing more SPL in less space, the TH18 is where it's at (vs. the SS15). One TH18 costs just about as much as 2 SS15s (depending on driver and accessories), but again, will be louder than those 2 SS15s.
