which is best?

Looking for input to selecting Subwoofer cabinets. My band plays Reggae Rock and needs alot of low end and deep bass for the bass guitar and kick drum.
I want to use a 2X18 or 2-1x18 cabs
i have narrowed it down to these and would appricaited any and all input. Thank you!

#1. Yamaha cw218v- reflex, folded 2x18 1220 watts rms range: 30hz-2khz
$730

#2. 2 1x18 seismic P.A. Bass subs- 500 watts rms(each) range: 20hz-5khz
$470 total

#3. 2 1x18 seismic empty cabs with 2 eminence sigma pro 18" driver- 650 watts rms(each) range: 41hz-2.4khz $680 total

#4. 2 1x18 seismic Enforcer II sub cabs- 1000 watts rms (each) range: 45hz-2khz $580 total

#5. 2 1x18 seismic DOWN FIRING sub cabs- 500 watts rms (each) range: 20hz-500hz. $460 total

or...

#6. 2x12 cab 3.5 ft3 loaded with 2 eminence lab12 drivers? $435 (coulnt find the eminence lab 12 drivers on WinISD, help!)

Is there a difference if its down firing or not? Im just playing a four string for now but might use a synth through it as well, any comments or advice would be helpful Thank you!

Without any real specs on the Seismic product, I would have to choose the Yamaha.

The Lab 12 woofer is good in a big horn, not so good otherwise.
