Hi guys, they are at the other place and I would like to keep going with the project. Just the baffle cut out size for front mounting, no rebate.
TIA. |

Hi Cal,
What are you up to now? I've got a pair of the Extremis 6.8's that I should use one of these days. (BTW: I won't be offering any advice after our "adventure" in driver cut-outs last Summer!) Best Regards, Terry

Hi Terry,
After building this little beauty for my wife... Coming soon to a thread near you... ...I decided to build something a little more manly. You know, Cal style. Something that takes more than one person to move. Big Boombox |

Cal,
Is something wrong with the data sheet that was linked? The "B" dimension of the drawing shows 147.0 mm (5.79 inches) for the under-flange measurement. Best Regards, Terry

Does that coincide with your drivers? Just want to make sure. Measure twice, cut once you always told me
Thanks if you have the time Terry. |

Well, measuring mine, I get 5-13/16" [14.76375 cm] with just a little wiggle room as measured using a large metal worker's vice , so it's what I will cut mine if I ever get a chance.
